feed me.

cooking is happiness. i took my own spin on that P.F. Chang recipe for lettuce wraps. they turned out yummy. yay!

Marlee's Lettuce Wraps

ingredients: evoo, bag of shredded carrots, 1 pound of any sort of meat, soy sauce, chili sauce, seasoned rice vinegar, garlic, onion, salt&pepper, ginger powder, lettuce

how: cook the garlic and onion until soft in a pot, add carrot shred and cook till it begins to soften, remove and put on a plate. next, cook the meat until brown and add as much or as little of all the spices as you think is necessary and yummy to you! (probably about a teaspoon for the powders, and 1-2 tablespoons of everything else.) throw the carrots back in and turn the heat on medium and let all the yummy juices marinade together for about 4 minutes, don't forget to stir! put that stuff on some lettuce and eat up!

yea. these babies were delish. i added carrots because it makes them go farther than just the pound of meat. hooray for cheap college cooking!
